Sometimes you need a little support. Sometimes that support comes from friends and family easily, and it feels like enough to get through.
Other times, you might want to get to work with someone with some training in navigating challenging matters, someone who can teach you skills and strategies to help make change.
Sometimes, you may wish to work with someone who holds awareness of complexities like how past experiences can affect the present, and about how our minds, our bodies, and our emotions wire together to create habits and automatic responses that we may wish to transform.
